Decent enough stay, for its price point and location.
Very convenient location, near to Midosuji line and 10 min walking distance to Shin-Osaka main station. Several convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel too. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
Cleaning service could be a little more frequent (currently stands at once per 8 nights' stay), and WiFi could be better/ stronger (there was no internet for hours, on several occasions).

Good Place To Stay In Shin-Osaka
Easy access to the JR station once you know the way. Triple room with 3 single beds and sofa was clean, spacious & comfy. Enough space for three big open luggage with room to walk around. Room spray came in handy for our clothes and it had a nice fragrance. Breakfast was simple but tasty and the hotel staff were polite and efficient.
We found the step into the room bathroom to be quite high. We had to take extra care when stepping in & out. Good thing we brought our own rubber slippers and did not have to use the room slippers provided. Our rubber slippers helped us feel safer when stepping in and out of the bathroom.
